We have been trained to bring out the finer attributes of your home, while at the same time diminishing the presence of the less than perfect qualities. Our extensive experience and creativity have led to industry recognition, and most importantly, very satisfied clients. The main goal is for the buyer to have a warm and welcoming feeling when they walk into your home.
It does not need to cost a fortune for you to stage your home. But one must remember that hiring a good Home Stager is an investment. There is no formula for estimating the cost to stage your home; every home is different. The best way to find out how much it is going to cost, is to get a (free) staging bid. The first month's fee would include the cost for the inventory as well as the cost to bring in and remove all the inventory at the close of escrow. Then any additional months would incure the fee for just the inventory.

It is a proven fact that 95% of professionally staged homes sell in 11 days or less, as compared to an equivalent un-staged home. They also sell for about 17% more. If you would get your car detailed before selling it, why wouldn't you do the same for your home?

CHOOSING THE RIGHT HOME STAGER:
*When looking for a qualified home stager, it is a good idea to interview more than one.
*Make sure that the home stager is certified or accredited.
*Have them meet you at the property in order to present you with an accurate quote.
*Be clear about what areas you want staged so that each home stager will present you with comparable quotes.
*And remember this... Good Home Staging isn't cheap, and cheap Home Staging isn't good!
